We offer free shipping on every order within the U.S. All shipments are securely packaged and fully insured.

When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. We only ship to physical addresses home or business and not P.O. Boxes.

Free shipping is for weekday delivery, if you require Saturday delivery will be an extra cost of $15.

Expected delivery date will vary on each designer brand and item since some items are custom made to order and we do our best to speed up the process and get you your jewelry ahead of schedule.

If your order is over $150 we require an adult signature over 21 years age.

International orders will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and other charges. Please contact us to work out delivery methods.

Return & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. At The Lab Mine, we strive to give our customers the best jewelry and want them to feel confident about their purchase, but if you’re considering a return, your purchase may be returned for a refund within 14 calendar days. This does not apply to special custom made to order items please refer below to our custom made return policy below for more information. Please note engraved items are final sale.

Only one item can be returned or exchanged per customer.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. The refund will be credited to your original payment method used in your original purchase less $15 which accounts for insurance and shipping the return back to us.

All orders at The Lab Mine are fully insured when shipped including returns as long as you ship with our return label. Please see below for how to submit a return request.

Please keep in mind that your purchase must be returned in original condition with no signs of wear with original packaging, certificates, accessories, and all paperwork. We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear, damaged, tags removed, or not properly packaged on delivery. The tag must not be removed from the ring or tampered with.

If there is any damaged item when you receive your jewelry please call us immediately for assistance. If your jewelry items are specially engraved these items are final sale. Items that show signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted.

If you decide to ship back your item with your own method, make sure to insure the item shipped back and double box your shipment one inside of another to make sure its properly secure. The Lab Mine is not responsible for your items if lost or damaged if you ship with your own method. The Lab Mine cannot accept any packages that are not insured if you ship with your own carrier, so we highly suggest to use our Return Label.

Custom Made Return Policy

Custom made to order items have a 14 calendar day return period with a restocking fee. The restocking fee varies for each custom order, please ask in advance. There is a lot of labor and effort that go into our custom orders so hope you can understand. Items will be specified as custom under each product in Shipping & Returns.

How to Submit a Return Request:

To submit your return please email us with your order number at with your order number and your request.

Please give us two working business days to process your return request. Our customer service team will send you a prepaid shipping return label with instructions on what must be included in your return. You must use our shipping label since it provides insurance coverage for your item.

When you receive your Return Authorization you will have to ship your return within 3 days, anything after this date will not be accepted.

Once shipped and we receive the item, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.

For all Lab Mine branded jewelry, we offer a 120 day warranty on any manufacturing defects. We stand behind the quality of your jewelry purchase and make sure you’re covered and can be happy with your purchase. We guarantee the material and workmanship of your purchase. All of our jewelry is manufactured with the highest quality craftsmanship and quality materials. We closely inspect all of our jewelry before shipment and if you see a manufacturing defect when you receive an item please call us immediately so we can inspect. This covers only manufacturing defects. We do not cover damage or loss gemstones due to normal wear and tear. When jewelry is worn, wear and tear is common, and loose stones happen on occasion which is common and happens when worn for a long time. If we determine your damage is from a manufacturing defect, then we will repair your jewelry piece at no cost to you. If your jewelry is not damaged from a manufacturing defect, then we will contact you with repair services we can offer. This guarantee is only available to the purchaser of the jewelry and is non-transferable. If any work on the jewelry piece was performed elsewhere after you purchased your piece, the warranty will then be void. We highly recommend that you purchase insurance for your jewelry piece for loss or theft.
